When Good Apostles Go Bad
Passage: Galatians 2:11–14
The Confrontation: When the gospel falls off the tracks (vv. 11-13)
The Correction: Putting the gospel back on track (vv. 11, 14)
When your fear of man becomes greater than your fear of God, it’s only a matter of time before you deny the gospel with your life or with your lips.
Some lessons we can learn:
- Well known leaders can compromise the gospel by undermining it with their actions.
- No one is outside of the temptation of the “fear of man.”
- Our example influences others for good or for bad.
